I would like to share that the comiclab podcast guys hit on this spot recommending building our websites. Yeah we can use social and see which works best for us (and survives) but the goal is to bring our friends to the website.
From there, the email list is the best step (you already have one). The Huckberry store started making an email newsletter and still continues.
