About the Publisher
Matthew Sardo has been part of the comic book community since the early 90s, first working at comic shops and then running one of his own. The Comic Vault in Chicago was twice nominated for the Will Eisner Spirit of Comics Retailer Award. Since moving to Florida in 2012, Matt switched over to the world of journalism, and then launched Monkeys Fighting Robots in 2015 to shine a brighter light on the world of comic books.
About the Editor in Chief
Anthony Composto is the Editor-in-Chief of Monkeys Fighting Robots, having joined the site shortly after its launch in 2015. His goal is to bring attention to lesser-known books and creators and give them the spotlight they deserve.
Where the funds will go
The funds from this Kickstarter will be used for printing, shipping, and stretch goal rewards. If we raise more than $3000, a fund will be created and split among the artists and writers who worked on the project.
Stretch Goals
Thank you!
What do you want for the next stretch goal?
Risks and challenges
The book will be complete on June 15, and we already have an overflow of content. So no risk there. The biggest thing is going to be filling all of those orders! I have worked with this printer and pin maker before and have not been disappointed.
Thank you for checking out the project - back and support if you can.
Stay safe, hug your family, protect your neighbors.
